India Nothing But Spam & Scams? |

 In many years of me working online and helping users face their troubles and threats from hackers and especially spammers and scammers, it seems that the area and location that all these scams and spams have been originating from have been mainly from India and places around India. I don't know that is some scammers have been using India as a target to make look bad, but it seems that some scammers actually do live in India and therefore, makes it very hard to disbelieve that it is originating from India and other countries around India.
Since many users in the USA and Canada get scammed from other users around the world, It makes it even harder to take them down since the are from another country. Sometimes users do nothing because of that, but you can do something to make them look bad and spread the word of their name, email, or even information (if they gave you any) to spread around the internet and prevent any more scams from happening
Some sites have been focusing on helping users on seeing a database of recent and commonly used email scams to pickpocket your money from you. Sites likw 419 Eater and Snopes. These are great ways to figure out if emails or even the person you are contacting about "business deals" may be a scammer.
It is common that many emails and scams originate from India. They come just about anywhere but sometimes (rarely) come from within the USA or Canada. Many haven't opposed this from talk around the internet. DO you think there might be a potential fact that might prove everyone wrong about scams mainly coming from India and places around India?
