Bigger or Smaller LCDs? Technology is something that is improved everyday, whether it's a new breakthrough in technology to a simple fix to a phone. They are both considered improvements (or maybe fixes). One particular item that is improving since the invention of computers is the monitor. Not everyone has a LCD monitor because they have become a little pricey, but still are improving from time to time. Is this good bad or good for us? Some of us like the portable monitors where we can just pick it up and go somewhere else if our brother or mother tells us to go somewhere else with the computer.
Some of the smallest monitors (and getting smaller as we speak) range from a small easy 7" LCD to a big 46" LCD Monitor. And trust me, they will get smaller, even though they probably won't be no really use to the computer users because for us bigger is better (for most of us) I doubt that someone will want to use a small 7" LCD monitor as their main monitor, I mean, how can you see with that?! With LCD monitors getting smaller, there's no telling how small these would get, just as LCDs are getting smaller, computers are too (but that's another subject for later).
Would you consider that LCDs getting smaller or bigger is good? Which would you like to see instead? Smaller? Bigger? In many of my surveys online, users said that a bigger LCD would create a more entertaining and a more surprising area to be in, for example, gaming would be a lot more fun with a bigger view of everything, but if the LCD was small, would the fun be killed, or would it be almost the same? Smaller is good but in most cases would only be good for portable cases such as that you need to move and all you have to do is use one arm to hold a 7" LCD while a 46" LCD would need at least 2 people to carry it.
Would you consider having smaller LCDs to be in your home? Or would you want bigger LCDs?
