MojaveIf Microsoft didn't have any more ways to sneak through everything, they did it this time. Microsoft has today revealed the “Mojave Experiment”. This is an experiment where Microsoft took 140 users who haven't used Vista themselves and instead showed them what they believed to be a new Microsoft operating system, which of course was code-named Mojave. After tricking the participants to use "Mojave" and then delivered their opinion of the “new” OS, they were then told that Mojave was in fact Windows Vista.

Windows Vista
Windows Vista
There have been several news about the upcoming Windows 7 in the near future, but this doesn't necessarily mean all good things. Since many users have already switched to Windows Vista, many are still unsure what to do with so many operating systems that are all around. With the news about Windows XP having its support extended, many just not be too happy with all the random decisions that Microsoft is doing. If Microsoft continues on Windows 7, what does this have to say about Windows Vista? Is it going to be abandoned?

Microsoft Windows Vista
Microsoft Windows Vista
As a continued supporter of Microsoft (somewhat), I always wondered if Vista was right for me ever since its release. Many people and techno-geeks think that Vista was a crash for Microsoft and should have never been introduced. Well, to tell you the truth, I used to think that there were some problems with Microsoft's Windows Vista, but it appears that I have been wrong. Windows Vista was a mistake in my opinion. It has faced a lot of bugs (and believe me when I tell you A LOT), and also the so called "activation" has already been cracked and even in the Service Pack 1. What does this say about Vista? Well, I will let you be the judge.

Windows XP going off market in June?! PDF Print E-mail

Windows XP
Windows XP is still a popular platform that many users use. Now the creator (Microsoft) is ruining that platform Windows XP. It was just a couple of minutes (from when I was writing this post) that I saw that Windows XP will be going off the market soon! This is bad for all the Windows XP users. This even upsets me to know that Vista, an unready platform, to be given as the Default Platform on many computers instead of Windows XP.

Well, we all saw this coming, and I say that to those who use Windows XP. Microsoft originally said over a year ago that Windows XP would be going off the market in January 2008, but then extended its end to June 2008. Either way, the deadline is very close and will affect us all one way or another and will force us to keep our Windows XP in a tight shut from product activation or switch to another platform. Many of the future's software will be mainly for later Windows Platforms which will mean no more XP soon.

insecuritycomp.jpgYou won't probably believe me when I say that there are still hundreds of users still using Windows 98 and 95. And some users just don't know when to upgrade. Don't get me wrong because I know some users just can't afford a good computer, a decent one, that they probably will be stuck until the next Microsoft Windows will come out.
