Many of use turn to directories for back-links and traffic. The only problem is that many directories are very hard to find as well to find good and trustful ones. Many crooked webmasters collect emails and websites only to start spamming, but there is still ONE DIRECTORY left. One that has stood out the most, that will stand of no matter what happens, and that is DMOZ.ORG. This is considered to be the first and last honest directory that will ever be, no matter what happens.

DMOZ.ORG is a huge human edited directory which means, that nothing is done automatically, everything on that site is done with carefulness and manually. The project was created in January 1999. Which is quite a while back when computers and the technology era was about to begin, DMOZ began as one of the smallest directories back then, but now has turned out to be one of the biggest (or simply the biggest) directories for Open Directories. While many directories are done automatically, what makes DMOZ unique is the goal, the idea, to provide services that take out the bad and useless and keep only the best content and websites. Never will a site on DMOZ will be found useless, it is filled with the best and rich sites around the internet.

DMOZ is known by many people as a place to just get your link on there and then never think of it again, but what I think DMOZ is, is the one and will probably be the only Open Directory where you can find simply the best and useful sites with rich content.

I would suggest you submit your link but read their ToS before you do.
