Now, I am not known for talking smack about other websites or hosting companies, but when they rip you off and start using excuses, the people deserve to know what kind of hosting they are. VelCom is a web hosting company that by far had me pissed off me a lot. I'm not as mad as when I used to be when they started telling me these lame excuses but they don't give customer satisfaction and well, they will never get mine.

It all happened when I was working with a group of team members on a site. I will not goto details as the site, team members, or anything personal like that. Once we started looking around for good reliable hosts, we somehow found VelCom (I regret it now). Once the payment had gone through of $36 for 3 months worth of hosting, they double-charged me TWO payments of $36. I soon enough found out a couple of hours later and opened a ticket to inform them that they double-charged and to return one of those payments back.

I Doubt These Are True...
Now that the double-charge payment was taken returned, and there was the original $36 that I had paid for the hosting. Soon enough I didn't like their Control Panel, Hosting Speed, and Customer Support, so I filed a Cancellation request form online and then they said they would back to me in a day or so. Three weeks later, they finally cancel my account and now I was waiting for my refund, since they has a "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" (all bulls***). To this day, I still haven't received any money back and will soon take legal action no matter what the case (small or big).

These kind of unreliable hosting companies should not be let go off. They deserve what they deserve (whether good or bad). I regret ever seeing their website or hearing their name. The same day they refunded me my overcharge (double-charge in other words), it happened on March 24. Now that I'm asking for my original payment refund (not the overcharge, that's already taken care of), they are saying that they refunded my payment (the original one) on March 24, isn't that a little weird considering that they are using the same day that my overcharge was refunded?

Bottom line is that VelCom is the WORST HOST I've ever used in my internet life. Any webmasters should stay away from this unless you want to go through the same arguing for your money as I did.
